Partial Solar Eclipse Aries New Moon March 29, 2025
Aries is the first sign of the natural Zodiac ruled by Mars and symbolized by the Ram. Hard-headed, compulsive, pioneering and child-like. Aries ages well as they never completely grow up! “I am”, a Cardinal Fire sign ruling the first house where we find the personal Self, Appearance, Temperament, Health and Physical location on the Earth. Associated with the Archetypes of the Warrior, Survivor, Daredevil, Reckless Fool or the Bully.
Crystals ruled by Aries are Diamond, Ruby, Hematite, Carnelian, Bloodstone and Aquamarine. Represents the head and face of the human body. Springtime is when folks can suffer with sinus problems – emotionally that is a feeling of being annoyed. Horseradish, Bayberry and Golden Seal are helpful herbs to clear the sinus. Use of the netty pot for daily rinsing of the sinus works great for congestion. Headaches can be the manifestation of fear, self-criticism and use of Basil, Peppermint, Thyme, Lavender and Rosemary are healing herbs for the condition. A time for fresh starts and new beginnings encouraged by Mercury’s zero degrees of Aries briefly as it remains retrograde until April 7, and once moving forward will again reach zero degrees of Aries on April 17 which may cause for the same matter to be addressed regarding travel, communication and/or electronics and mechanical workings. Also being conjunct Neptune so the issue may be a mystery or cloaked in secrecy.
A very interesting stellium forms with Saturn, North Node, Venus and Neptune all in the late degrees of Pisces. Spiritual growth and paranormal events are likely with this configuration. The proverbial skeptic becomes the believer of sorts! With Venus still retrograde brings matters from the past back around. After April 12 when Venus stations direct, there is several weeks when all planets are direct and activities will move forward more quickly. Pay attention to your dreams and listening to the inner shaman for wisdom and guidance – your instincts and psychic faculty. A time to learn to trust yourself.
Mars remains in Cancer until April 17 and is making a square to the eclipse New Moon which can bring up frustrations and feelings of anger often relating to the home or parents. Squares are about the stress we place on ourselves so can be better controlled through gentle movement and not allowing negative emotions to stew too long. Neptune makes a positive trine to Mars and is a good vent for the uncomfortable feelings by escaping to a dream or fantasy (for a short time). Neptune trine Mars is a great time to exercise your creative abilities – splash paint on a canvas. Mars making a trine to the North Node may mean you discover your destiny through creative endeavors.
