Aries Full Moon September 29, 2023

Aries, the first sign of the natural zodiac representing the Self, children, temperament and the first house of the zodiac wheel, “I am”. A Cardinal Fire energy ruled by Mars, the warrior, pioneer, survivor, bully. Represented by the ram, Aries learns to tame a naturally compulsive behavior that can be argumentative and self-absorbed. Patience is the lesson for Aries to learn. Diamonds, rubies, hematite, carnelian and bloodstone are amongst the crystals ruled by Aries.

Aries is the head and face. Headaches can be associated with stress, fear and the Crown Chakra or thought and Will. Basil, Thyme, Lavender and Rosemary can assist with relief of headaches. Sinus congestion is manifested by emotions of being annoyed and or confused and are helped with Horseradish and Bayberry. Acne can be caused by not being able to accept the Self, and try Echinacea, Aloe Vera and Garlic or other blood purifiers to promote healing.

The planet Mars, rules Aries. Mars energy is assertive, aggressive, passionate and courageous! Use this full moon to connect with your inner soldier and take independent action. Natural rhythms of the Universe move us forward in our Soul’s path to achieve goals and dreams. Pushing beyond limitations becomes easier – sometimes it just takes the courage of one step out of routine to attain evolution in our Spiritual growth.

Mars is in Libra holding hands with the South Node activating the nodal axis and aligns with our sense of destiny and fated encounters. Opportunities exist for profound growth and success in matters of the heart, partnerships and marriages. Venus in Leo makes a trine to the North Node in Aries and opens doors to meeting new partners and brings attention to matters of love and abundance. Full moons complete cycles and at the end of every cycle is the beginning of the next cycle, an important reality to keep in mind. Mars, the God of Fairness, Justice and War was often depicted nude as a symbol of his courage – fortune favors the brave – a good moon to go skinny dipping!

Referred to as the Harvest Moon when it is time to reap what has been sown. This is the fourth and final supermoon of the year making it appear larger than usual on the horizon. What have you been procrastinating? Are there chores and tasks that keep being pushed to the side? What are you waiting for? This full moon is a time to apply yourself and focus on your priorities. Understand priorities can shift and change all in the Spirit of fulfillment of our Soul’s purpose.

Namaste,
