Aquarius Full Moon August 9, 2025

The Water-Bearer, a Fixed Air sign ruled by Uranus and ruler of the eleventh house in the natural Zodiac. The literal atmosphere of the planet Uranus runs hot and cold, much like an Aquarian personality. Often misunderstood due to their innate ability to detach emotionally. Deeply sensitive and Spiritual and has a need to withdraw at times to protect their deep feelings.

This Full Moon is opposite Mercury retrograde and offers the opportunity to look to the past to find answers for future endeavors. Focus on removing oneself from toxic relationships and environments. It is a great time to re-evaluate your goals and desires with mental clarity. Mercury will station direct on August 11, 2025, which will help with moving forward and overcoming any recent delays.

A mixture of conflicting transits that will keep things hopping and changing so practices being flexible and adaptable. Pluto will conjunct the Full Moon and bring attention to transformation, renewal, and rebirth. Remember that Pluto always builds back better that which it destroys, and Pluto quite often is a test of faith and Spiritual grounding. Mars will first oppose Saturn causing anxiety but shortly moves into an opposition with Neptune which takes the “edge” off of any perceived restrictions or boundaries associated with Saturn. The weekend will round out with a fortunate trine from Mars to Pluto making for an easier flow of energy related to changes.

After the Moon squares Uranus (between Sunday and Tuesday) take time to appreciate the arts and the artist within, mind expansion and putting forth efforts to make new connections. A lovely Venus Jupiter conjunction in Cancer supports positive new opportunities in love and work. Family relations will see resolution to past conflicts and practices in the art of forgiveness! Venus Jupiter discerns between material desires and spiritual fulfillment.
